Tina Yan graduated from UNLV with a major in Political Science. Following her undergraduate studies, she earned her juris doctorate from Temple University in Philadelphia, in 1997.
After graduation, Ms. Yan returned to Las Vegas, where her legal practice has been devoted to real estate development, construction law, and general commercial litigation. She is a member of the state bars of Nevada and California.
When not working, Ms. Yan enjoys indie films, coffee and thinking about how to teach her two young sons to ski.
